What got you into spirituality?

In a way, I've always considered myself spiritual. I was a baby when my parents first took me to church with them. I've always believed in God and felt that he was there; I never had to question. I always knew.

I remember how in elementary school they told us lots of stories about Native American mythology. It was fascinating to me

Over the years I found out about additional spiritual topics other than just religion. I discovered how to lucid dream, and my friend online told me about aura colors (turns out mine is lavender!). Then, I got to talking with you, Admin, and decided to join here to learn more~

It's a lot more complex than that, but I don't want to bore you all. :3

I have always been interested, been to a spiritual church a few times in my younger years. I never came from a staunch religious family, and my family is pretty open in regards to understanding spirituality (they dont know the ins and outs) but they believe in life after death, guides etc. I have only been focussed on Spirituality for just over a year or so now. I remember reading a post a few years back about meeting guides via dreams etc, so ask for it one night, LOL and i got cartoon characters (Peter pan and Ariel the Mermaid) so i thought "Clearly that didnt work" and then a few month later after given up hope, i was woken by a male voice saying "i am your guide" and the feeling asscoiated with the voice was amazing, undescrible almost like celtic accent. So yes, that started me off, and i havent looked back. I do dream alot of people i dont know, but not really interact, and tried my hand at mediumship, and although i managed to do readings, and majority were pretty acurate, it is just not for me, as in trusting my info, etc. So now i just plod along!
